Please note that TalkTalk call bundles do not include calls to non-geographic
numbers starting with 084 or 087. Calls to 0845 numbers are charged at 2p/m
(day), 0.5p/m (evening). Calls to 0870 numbers are charged at 6p/m (day),
1.5p/m (evening). Our maximum price for calling other 084 or 087 numbers
is 10 pence per minute (day/evening/weekend).

We take care of everything for you - no equipment is
needed, you keep your same line and phone number and we'll set everthing
up with BT.
To get the savings with TalkTalk you use the phone
in exactly the same way you have always done. There are no extra codes to
dial and you can select to keep your BT services such as 1471 and 1571.
The only difference you'll really notice is that you start saving money
as soon as you make your first call and start earning Nectar points when
you spend your first £1.

If you have a BT line, you will save money by joining Sainsbury's TalkTalk.
If your application is successful, we will contact BT and within 3 weeks
you will be making savings on your calls on Sainsbury's TalkTalk.
In order to transfer your account we first need
to close your existing Sainsbury's Homephone account before we can activate
a brand new TalkTalk at Sainsbury's account for you. This whole process
will take 20 days. The disconnection will take up to 10 working days,
after which time you will revert to BT for just 10 days.
You will receive a disconnection letter from Sainsbury's immediately followed
by a welcome letter from BT. You will then receive a welcome pack from
Sainsbury's at TalkTalk which will outline the date your new account will
become active and will give you useful information on your new service.

From the 15th of May 2008 we will be making some changes to our call charges
Don't worry, we're still cheaper than BT and these changes don't affect any inclusive calls made in your call plan.
UK Landline Calls
Chargeable daytime landline calls will change from 3p per minute to 3.9p per minute.
Chargeable evening calls will change from 4.25p per call to 1.4p per minute with a 6 pence connection fee.
Charges for inclusive calls after the inclusive period will be charged at 3.9p per minute.
Directory Enquiries
There are also some changes to Directory Enquiry charges. for a fill list of these changes please check the call charges table.
Mobile Extra Discount
This discount will change from applying to the total call charge to applying to the rate per minute.
Call Rounding
Call rounding will change from rounding to the nearest half penny to rounding to the nearest penny.
